Privacy Policy

How Sundream Software accesses, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal and device data.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sundream Software (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information collected from or about you, including information about your device. It applies to sundreamsoftware.pl, applications we publish on Google Play, and related services. Some applications use different features and third-party services; where relevant, app-specific practices are described below.

1. Who we are

The developer and data controller for Sundream Software applications and this website is Sundream Software, Poland.

Privacy contact: support@sundreamsoftware.pl. You can also contact us at akania1998@gmail.com or through https://sundreamsoftware.pl/contact.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal and device data processed when you:

  • visit sundreamsoftware.pl or a related Sundream Software website
  • install or use a Sundream Software application, including PoopClicker
  • contact us for support or privacy-related matters
  • use application features that rely on third-party services such as advertising, analytics, purchases, hosting, or public APIs

3. Data we may process

The exact data depends on the product and features you use. We limit processing to the purposes described in this policy and do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

  • contact data you choose to send us, such as your email address, name, and message content
  • app content and settings needed to provide a feature, including locally stored game progress, preferences, owned items, and entitlements
  • technical data such as IP address, app version, operating system version, device model, language, diagnostics, and network information
  • coarse location inferred from an IP address where a provider uses it for security, analytics, advertising, or fraud prevention
  • precise location only where a specific app feature requires it and after the relevant Android permission or consent flow has been completed
  • advertising, analytics, and purchase-related data described in the PoopClicker section below

4. PoopClicker — local game data

PoopClicker is a mobile game. Core game progress is designed to work without creating a Sundream Software account.

Game progress and preferences can be stored locally on your device. This may include points, progression, upgrades, settings, owned cosmetic items, advertising-removal status, and purchase entitlements. Local data remains on the device until it is overwritten, cleared, or the app is uninstalled, unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

5. PoopClicker — advertising and consent

PoopClicker uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements. The app also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) functionality exposed through the AdMob integration to request consent information and, where required, display a consent form or privacy-options form.

Depending on your consent choices, device settings, region, and Google’s configuration, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share data for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes.

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
  • user interactions with the app and ads, such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views
  • diagnostic and performance information, such as app or SDK launch time, hang rate, and energy usage
  • device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID where available and permitted

6. PoopClicker — Firebase Analytics

PoopClicker integrates Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate gameplay and monetization behaviour and to improve the product. In the current implementation, network analytics collection is kept disabled until the app’s consent flow allows the relevant processing.

Analytics events can include gameplay interactions, aggregated tap activity, advertising events, purchase-flow events, product identifiers, and success or failure states. We do not intentionally include your name, email address, payment-card details, or purchase token in our custom analytics event parameters.

Firebase and Google may process technical and device information as described in their documentation and privacy terms. Analytics data retention is controlled through the applicable Firebase/Google Analytics settings and Google’s policies.

7. PoopClicker — Google Play Billing

PoopClicker uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. Google Play processes the payment transaction. Sundream Software does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details from Google Play.

To complete, acknowledge, consume, restore, and synchronize purchases, the app may receive and process product identifiers, purchase state, entitlement information, and a Google Play purchase token. These values are used to grant the purchased in-game content, restore eligible non-consumable purchases, and prevent duplicate or incomplete fulfilment.

Google may independently retain transaction records such as order identifiers and receipts under Google Play’s terms, policies, and legal obligations.

8. How we use data

We use data described in this policy to:

  • provide and maintain the website and applications
  • save progress and provide requested game features
  • display and measure advertising where enabled
  • provide rewarded-ad benefits and enforce advertising frequency limits
  • understand aggregate product usage and improve gameplay, reliability, and monetization
  • process, restore, and validate in-app purchase entitlements
  • detect fraud, abuse, crashes, and technical failures
  • respond to support and privacy requests
  • comply with applicable law and valid legal requests

9. Sharing and third parties

We share data only where needed to provide a feature, operate the service, comply with law, or where an integrated third-party SDK processes data directly from the app. Third-party SDK collection is treated as collection from our app for purposes of this policy.

Relevant third parties may include:

  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform for advertising, consent management, analytics, and fraud prevention
  • Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase for product analytics
  • Google Play and Google Play Billing for application distribution, updates, purchases, receipts, entitlement handling, and fraud prevention
  • hosting, infrastructure, and email providers needed to operate our websites and support channels
  • public or third-party APIs required by features in other Sundream Software applications
  • authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process

10. Data we do not intentionally collect

Unless a specific published feature clearly requires it and this policy or an in-app disclosure is updated accordingly, we do not intentionally collect government identification numbers, contacts, SMS or call logs, microphone recordings, camera content, health data, or an inventory of other installed apps.

We do not intentionally collect persistent hardware identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, or SIM serial number. Advertising identifiers used by integrated advertising services are resettable or app-scoped identifiers and are handled subject to platform controls and your consent choices.

11. Security, retention, and deletion

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport where supported by the service, access controls, and limiting collection to what is needed for the stated purpose.

Data stored only on your device remains until you clear app data, overwrite it, or uninstall the application. Email correspondence and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, or operational purposes. Data processed by Google services is retained according to the relevant Google product configuration and Google’s policies.

You can request deletion of personal data that Sundream Software controls by emailing support@sundreamsoftware.pl. If data is held independently by Google or another provider, you may also need to use that provider’s privacy controls or contact channels.

12. Your choices and privacy controls

Where required, PoopClicker presents Google’s consent flow before requesting ads or enabling related network analytics. The app can also expose Google’s privacy-options form so you can review or change available consent choices.

Android lets you reset or delete the Advertising ID through system privacy settings. Google Play and your Google account provide additional controls relating to ads, analytics, purchases, and stored transaction information.

13. Children

Our website and PoopClicker are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact support@sundreamsoftware.pl and we will review and delete data we control where appropriate.

14. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or obtain a copy of personal data, subject to applicable legal limits.

To exercise rights regarding data controlled by Sundream Software, email support@sundreamsoftware.pl. In Poland, you may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
